• 2 x 45-minute follow-up consultations spread over 10-12 weeks
• Customised nutritional and lifestyle programme with science-based recommendations.
• Relevant handouts and information to support health goals.
• Email support for 2 months from first consultation which gives you the opportunity to ask questions about your plan to help you keep focused and in control.
• Current medication and nutrient interaction evaluation, if applicable.
• Supplementation and further functional testing may be recommended. These are not included in the price of the consultation. A 10% discount for any supplements and functional testing will be offered with this consultation.
